Storyline As the Sun broke over the horizon, the sky was stained with blood. In Amegakure, a cold form lay silently. Dark eyes stared down upon the body, towering above like a hawk watching it's prey. Glimmering with satisfaction and smite, the shinobi possessing the Rinnegan, Pein, had taken down his sensei. It had been a long and gruelling battle, and at times the Sannin seemed to be gaining the upper hand. Though, through it all Pein always had the edge and at the end of it all Jiraiya had no strength left to go on. Back in Konoha, Godaime-sama gazed out over her village, knowing deep in her heart that her friend, Jiraiya, was dead Three years later. When the smoke cleared, the Akatsuki stood strong. Pein and Tobi at the head, controlling the world as if it were a puppet. The end has come, and passed. Darkness has fallen over the world, as the Lord of Shadows, and the lord of Rain laugh at the plight of the five ‘great‘ countries. Still there is a seed of hope. The Kage have been reselected to begin there village’s anew. The world is in shambles, but the fight is not over, over the world a new group of strong hearted individuals arises and challenges the Tyranny that is Akatsuki. Our three heroes survive in these harsh times. Haruno Sakura has stayed truthful to Konoha during all these years. Her prowess in medical ninjutsu has been surpassed by none, and with the death of Tsunade she stands tall as the single greatest medical nin in the world. Because of her connection to her master, she has come under thought to become the new Hokage. Uzamaki Naruto. A will greater then all others, even at the gates off death he kept himself alive. Despite his defeat at the hands of Pein and Tobi, he survived. His Kyuubi was taken, and for a few fleeting moments he crossed over, but he came back. Now he is taking charge, a candidate for Hokage, and a powerful ninja even without the Kyuubi, he is back and ready for vengeance on the Gods of the new world. Uchiha Sasuke. The war that exists between the two brothers of death continues. During their last fateful encounter, both were able to survive. The Seeker of Revenge travels with Team Hebi… for now. Whispers in Konoha tell that if the Uchiha were to return, he could become the Hokage. The times call for desperate measures.. The Epic of the ninja world is at its Climax. Even as our three heroes battle faithfully, others are being looked at as candidates for Hokage as well. Villages have begun to choose whether they will serve Akatsuki as good little slaves, or whether to fight back at Amegakure which now serves as a Capital for the Shinobi world. A world of Shadows, or a world of light? Either way, the future is in your hands. The Seeds of Hope have been sown, but for now....
